Jungian Groups

Groups – Soul Circle, Men’s Circle, Study Group, Australian Soul Circle, Dream Circle

Welcome fellow travelers!

Glad you’re interested in joining one of the Jungian circles I hold. Here are five ways to meet the inner work in living company of other kindred spirits:

Soul Circle

“Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.” C.G. Jung  ·  Memories, Dreams, Reflections, “Retrospect”

An intimate gathering of fellow travelers, one circle. We meet online for 90 minutes of honest presence, deep reflection, and courageous vulnerability. No masks. Only a shared field of being.

What to expect
i

We start with grounding

So we could enter this space together with intention and calmness.

ii

We check-in

A short sharing of what’s alive in us now.

iii

A Jungian reading

A short passage by Jung or Jungians for mutual centering and a shared symbolic language.

iv

Two spacious rounds of soul sharing

We reflect and listen for what wants to be expressed through us.

v

A closing reflection with an intention for the coming week

We name one golden nugget we found and seal the movement with an intention.

It is a space where projections are withdrawn, and what lives beneath them is welcomed into the light. Each person is seen as they are, no judgment.

Men’s Circle

To the man who wants a steadier center and a space to be as you are. If you have been struggling through stress, loneliness, work demands, relationship conflicts, or a loss of purpose – you do not have to carry it alone.

What we’re really up against

Silent battles in our heads

Anxiety that shows up as anger or shutdown. Feelings that have nowhere to go because “I should be fine”.

Friendship famine

No real place to say the truth without being judged.

Purpose drift

We want to serve with integrity, creativity, and heart, but feel pulled in too many directions.

Relationship conflicts and fatherhood

We want deeper connection, but old patterns shut us down in the moments that matter.

Overwork and burnout

Work bleeds into home. Rest feels like weakness.

Digital numbing

Scrolling, porn, gaming, or late night loops that promise relief and leave us empty.

The initiation gap

We moved from boyhood to bills without a clear passage into mature manhood.

Body neglect

Stress in the chest and gut. Habits that help in the moment and hurt over time.

How we work
i

Arrive and name what’s alive

Breath. Body. Here and now. Short check-ins to enter together.

ii

Brotherhood over fixing

No unsolicited advice. We witness, reflect, and ask honest questions.

iii

Focused practice

We workshop actual challenges and each man names one symbolic action for the week.

iv

Thresholds and blessing

We end by naming the gold we found. No one leaves unseen.

Study Group

Jung’s writing isn’t dry information, it’s a living force. Reading slowly in good company helps us hear what the text is doing in us, where it clarifies, unsettles, invites. This group is a vessel for that kind of work.

How sessions run
i

Arrive and grounding

We ground in body and breath, then share what’s alive in us today.

ii

Close reading

We read in turns, pause, share what comes up in us, and reflect together.

iii

Dialogue

Discussion that stays anchored to the text while opening to lived experience.

iv

Takeaways

We share what we want to take from today into our coming week.

Australian Soul Circle

“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” C.G. Jung

A Soul Circle held at 6 PM Sydney time, open to anyone in the world for whom that hour works. Individuation is the central task Jung described: the slow, honest movement toward wholeness, learning to hear and honor what the psyche is asking of us. This circle exists so that work can happen in living company.

Dream Circle

“The dream is a little hidden door in the innermost and most secret recesses of the psyche, opening into that cosmic night which was psyche long before there was any ego-consciousness…” C.G. Jung  ·  Civilization in Transition, CW 10, ¶304

A space where dreams are honored as messengers. Each participant arrives with a dream they would like to share. Together, we read a short Jungian text on the nature of dreams and dream interpretation, then we reflect on what the dreams and the reading are stirring in us.

How sessions unfold
i

Grounding and arrival

We settle into the space with breath and intention, preparing to receive what the unconscious has offered.

ii

Dream sharing

Each person offers a dream they have carried to the circle. We listen without rushing to interpret.

iii

A Jungian reading on dreams

We read a short Jungian passage on dream life, symbolism, or the art of interpretation, letting it deepen our listening.

iv

Shared reflection

We return to the dreams with fresh eyes, noticing resonances, images, and what wants to be seen.

v

Closing and integration

We name what landed and carry one image or insight forward into waking life.

Dreams speak in a language older than words. This circle is a place to learn that language together, slowly, with reverence, and without the pressure to “solve” a dream. We let the dream speak to us.
