“If only a worldwide consciousness could arise that all division and all fissions are due to the splitting of opposites in the psyche, then we should know where to begin. What does lie within our reach is the change in individuals who have or create for themselves an opportunity to influence others of like mind. I do not mean by persuading or preaching; I am thinking rather of the well-known fact that anyone who has insight into his own actions and has thus found access to the unconscious involuntarily exercises an influence on his environment.”

C.G. Jung, CW 10, ¶583

This statement captures a core tenet of Jungian thought: that the personal integration of the unconscious not only transforms the individual, but also radiates outward – exerting a subtle yet profound influence on those who encounter such a person, and through this ripple effect, contributing to the transformation and healing of the collective. This is how I understand my mission – both personal and transpersonal.

I walk the path of individuation – not as a destination, but as a living process. Informed by depth psychology, myth, alchemy, and direct inner experience, my work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins not with fixing, but with facing: turning inward toward the unconscious, into the symbolic, the shadowed, and the sacred.

This work is not about becoming perfect – it is about becoming whole. It is about reclaiming the forgotten aspects of the psyche and learning to carry the opposites, rather than projecting them outward. In doing so, we create space for integration, meaning, and authentic selfhood. And we inevitably affect others – not through persuasion, but by presence.

My vision is a world shaped by the quiet power of inner work. A world where individuals courageously engage the mystery within, and in doing so, midwife a deeper consciousness in those around them. I believe that each person who embodies this process becomes a vessel for transformation – not only for themselves, but for the culture at large.

Through writing, teaching, and dialogue, I aim to serve as a guide for those called to this depth. Not to impose direction, but to help illuminate the terrain – to name what stirs in the unconscious, to mirror back the archetypal layers of experience, and to hold space for the slow alchemy of inner change.

If you feel drawn to this path, you are not alone. The journey of inner transformation may be solitary, but it is never isolated. There is a community – however quiet or dispersed – of those committed to becoming more whole, more conscious, more truly human.

Thank you for walking this path with me.

More About Me

My name is Avi Harel, and my devotion is to bringing the inner life into embodied and generative expression – both in myself and in service to others who feel called inward. My mission is to be, as best as I can, a carrier-mediator of symbols, energies and meanings, for the benefit of the human family.

For years, I’ve been walking the path of individuation, working toward a more balanced personality, life, work and relationships. The heart of this process lies in developing a personal relationship with the transpersonal Center. This relationship is nurtured by listening to dreams, facing shadows, and aligning life in service of, to the best of my understanding, the agenda of the transpersonal Self – incarnating in man and giving birth to consciousness.

This is not a path of perfection, and I carry many flaws and limitations. It is a path of striving toward sincerity and individuality, of staying close to what is real, even when it brings tension, uncertainty and pain.

Through videos, poems, depth conversations, and music, I offer what I’ve received: insight born of struggle and loneliness, honest companionship, and the invisible yet felt touch of the Transpersonal that reminds us we are never truly alone.

If something here resonates with you, perhaps we are meant to walk a portion of this path together.
