About the Planner


This weekly planner is a space to align your outer plans with your inner life.
It helps you set clear priorities, and become more consistent with self-care, creativity, relationships, play time, and more.
Through reflecting, planning, and paying close attention to how your week unfolds, you get to glimpse into some of your unconscious patterns – and how they sometimes compete with your ego’s intentions.
By becoming more aware of this ego-Self relationship, you strengthen your ability to listen to the voice of the unconscious while also staying true to your conscious values and plans.
I created this planner for my own use, and as it has helped me focus and center myself, I now share it with you.


How to Use

If you prefer, you can print it, or you can complete it right here on this page – just keep the page open until you’re ready to finish for the week, as refreshing will clear your entries.
At the end of the week, you can download your completed planner and keep it as a record for reflection and growth.
