1:1 Depth Meetings – individuation in practice

1:1 Depth Meetings

If you are navigating transition, yearning for deeper clarity, or called to uncover meaning beneath the surface of your life, this is a space to listen inward, speak truly, and let symbols work. We move at a human pace – attentive, honest, and practical.

“Individuation means becoming an ‘in-dividual’, and, in so far as ‘individuality’ embraces our innermost, last, and incomparable uniqueness, it also implies becoming one’s own self. We could therefore translate individuation as ‘coming to selfhood’ or ‘self-realization’.” C.G. Jung, CW 7, §266

What this is

One on one conversations grounded in presence, deep listening, and the symbolic language of the soul. We attend together to the unseen patterns, images, and questions shaping your path. The work draws on the Jungian path of individuation – the slow, courageous process of becoming more fully oneself through conscious engagement with the unconscious.

We may open a dialogue with the transpersonal Self – the deeper organizing center of the psyche that presses toward wholeness. Sessions can include dream work, active imagination, shadow work, embodied awareness, and the practice of holding opposites rather than splitting and projecting.

What we might explore

Dreams and images

Working with recurring symbols, figures, and places, and what they ask of you now.

Shadow and projection

Seeing what has been disowned and how it returns in relationships, work, and self-talk.

Boundaries and courage

King and Warrior energies in practice – saying no, taking up space, and protecting what matters.

Grief, shame, and tenderness

Making room for the difficult affects that often guard the doorway to meaning.

Relationships and intimacy

Bringing old patterns into the light, withdrawing projections, and connecting with the inner Lover.

Creative block and vocation

Reconnecting to purpose creativity that are in channeling that which is greater than us.

Ritual and integration

Simple thresholds and weekly practices that embodies insights and symbols in daily living.

Father and mother wounds

Becoming more conscious of inherited patterns and taking a conscious attitude of acceptance and meaning toward the difficult work on integration.

How a session flows

1

Arrive

Breath, body, here and now. We set a simple intention for the hour.

2

Listen

You speak what is alive. We track images, phrases, tensions, and recurring patterns.

3

Work

Dream work, active imagination, mapping patterns, or a focused dialogue with a part toward creative cooperation.

4

Integrate

We name one concrete next step – a conversation, a boundary, a small ritual, a symbolic practice.

What you can expect

  • A steady presence that meets you where you are – not where you should be.
  • Clarity about the pattern beneath the problem, and language to name it.
  • Respect for your pace and autonomy. No fixing, no performance, no judgment.
  • Practical steps for the week that honor both psyche and reality.
“One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious.” C.G. Jung, CW 13, §335
